• Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) shipping
  
• Cargo handling at our Environment Agency permitted site

All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment information
  
• Ensure goods comply with destination country regulations
  
• Properly package and prepare cargo
  
• Declare hazardous or restricted items
  
• Obtain any required permits or licences
  

We reserve the right to refuse prohibited or unsafe cargo.

• Payment must be made as agreed before shipment or release of goods (unless credit terms apply).
  
• Additional charges may apply for storage, delays, incorrect declarations, or changes in port/customs fees.
  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  
• Liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with carrier terms and applicable shipping conventions.
  
• Customers are strongly advised to arrange cargo insurance.
